Information you provide

When contacting us, you may provide your first name, last name, email address, phone number and message. An email address is required to respond to enquiries sent through the form; the other fields are optional. Do not include sensitive data or unnecessary personal information about other people.

The form transmits data by POST to Formspree to process the enquiry and forward it to hola@lukamila.com, hosted in Google Workspace. Formspree may also retain submissions in its dashboard. We do not place this data in the URL or send it to Google Analytics. A honeypot field and the provider’s protection measures are used.

Purposes and legal bases

Service and quotation enquiries: responding to your request and, where appropriate, preparing a proposal, based on the pre-contractual steps you request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Other communications: managing and responding to your enquiry based on our legitimate interest in communicating with people who contact the company (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). You may object to this processing as provided by law.

Legal obligations: meeting the obligations applicable to the company (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Website analytics: only if you authorise analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand website usage in aggregate, based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Simply browsing the site will not activate analytics.

Form security: preventing automated submissions, abuse and duplicates on the basis of our legitimate interest in maintaining service security and availability (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Retention

Enquiry data will be retained for as long as necessary to respond and, if a professional relationship is established, to manage that relationship. Where required, data will be blocked and retained for the applicable statutory limitation periods. The duration of browsing technologies is detailed in the Cookie policy.

Recipients and service providers

Providers required to deliver hosting and email services may access data under the applicable data protection contractual terms, as may authorities where legally required.

Analytics, when configured and authorised by you, uses Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager from Google Ireland Limited and the relevant Google services. Form enquiries are not sent to these services. Enquiry data is not sold or used to send advertising without an appropriate legal basis.

International transfers

To be confirmed before publication: processing locations and applicable safeguards for the contracted hosting, email and Google providers. Use of a European provider is not assumed, by itself, to exclude international transfers.

Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, information will be provided about the relevant adequacy decision or safeguards and how to obtain details. Analytics remains disabled until configured and requires your consent.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability or object to processing where applicable by emailing hola@lukamila.com with your request. Additional identification information will only be requested when necessary to verify it.

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. For analytics, use Cookie settings.

You may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if you believe your rights have been infringed.

Automated decisions and updates

Form data is not intended to be used for solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects. This policy must be updated when the website's processing activities or providers change.
